I’m just a guy who likes to write and make people laugh. I’ve been writing for almost five years now and I have no intention of stopping anytime soon. (Unless my landlord decides I don’t have to pay rent anymore)
Writing wasn’t my first foray into the marketing world. Hell, I considered myself a pretty horrible writer.
But after spending 9+ years working as an SEO Consultant I finally had a breakdown and realized I couldn’t stand the thought of looking at a single Google Analytics Report more. My ADHD wasn’t having it.
In fact, it was so bad that I was actually starting to hate the word “Analytics”.
My brain would start to get fuzzy and whenever I had to deliver analytics reports to my boss I contemplated jumping out of my second-story window instead.
So after some soul searching and deep reflection, I decided that it was time for me to make some major changes in my life — both professionally and personally.
And that’s when I made the decision to leave SEO consulting behind and become a full-time freelance writer…
As a teenager I dreamed of being a video game writer and actually had written a story for a video game I wanted to develop.
I would write stories for video game ideas and even my own fan fiction for movies and shows I was interested in like Star Wars.
As time went on, I realized that the writing and editing content part of my job was always my favorite…
So why not make it my whole job?
